How GAP Rewards® Works

The GAP Excellence Challenge rewards Service Advisors and Technicians for selling and completing GAP maintenance services, while building excitement and engagement across participating stores.

Each month, participants submit their own entries through this simple online form. For every completed Repair Order (RO) that includes a GAP service, they earn one entry. All RO numbers are verified to ensure only valid entries count toward prizes.

Monthly Prizes & Recognition

  • The SA and Technician with the most valid entries are named SA and Technician of the Month and receive a prize and recognition
  • One SA and one Technician are randomly selected from all entries to win a monthly prize, giving everyone a chance to be rewarded
  • Random monthly visits to participating stores may include team lunches, coffee or donuts, GAP swag giveaways, and practical product samples

Quarterly Grand Prize

At the end of each quarter, one participant is randomly selected from all entries to win a large prize, encouraging consistent participation throughout the contest.

Entry Rules

  • Entries must be submitted within the month the service occurred
  • Duplicate or expired RO numbers will be automatically disqualified
  • One entry per completed GAP service Repair Order
